moin moin,
hab mir nen server von strato geholt. server läuft mit pam4 mod.
mein problem: habe die server settings nach anleitung aus diesem forum gemacht, nur leider schmiert der server immer ab (meistens wenn jemand nen großes mg wie saw benutzt hat): eigentlich immer zum runden wechsel. hab mal in den logfiles geschaut und festgestellt, dass eine der warnmeldungen war:

soll ich evtl mal meine config posten?? kann mir zwar nicht vorstellen das es daran liegt, jedoch wär es ja möglich das ich zufällig nen fehler begangen hab...

Welche Version des PAM läuft drauf? 4.02?
Die ersten Einträge aus der Konsole sind normal, das sind Fehler des Spieles selbst wo die Coder was nicht bereinigt haben. Die kommen auch immer wieder und wieder... ohne dass man etwas dagegen tun könnte.
Ab ****script runtime error**** kommt dann der tatsächliche Fehler der den Server zum abschmieren bringt.
Ich habe da einen Verdacht.
Suche bitte in deiner serverconfig nach dem folgenden Eintrag, ob dieser vorhanden ist: set pam_switch_teams_at_halftime 1
Wenn nein, bitte hinzufügen.
Sollte der PAM 4.02 bei dir laufen, solltest du außerdem die neuen DVARs in die config dazupacken.

hab all deine anweisungen befolgt, server schmiert immernoch am rundenende ab... hallt immer wenn jemand ein mg benutzt und gelegentlich einfach so... aber immer am rundenende
hast du vielleicht sonst noch eine idee??

andere lösung: wäre vielleicht jemand so nett und würde mir seinen gesamten pam ordner schicken?? also samt allen configs (ohne rules) ? natürlich bitte ohne private sachen wie passwörter etc..
denn ich habe leider bei strato keine rechte die dateien auf dem ftp zu verändern bzw zu löschen... ich kann nur direkt im webinterface veränderungen vornehmen... wenn mir jemand seinen pam ordner schicken würde, könnte ich alles bearbeiten und dann hochladen (hochladen ist das einzige was strato erlaubt)...
wär euch sehr dankbar

AUF dem Server selbst kannst du im FTP ohnehin keine Dateien verändern, der Root übernimmt das nicht. Das hat mit Strato nix zu tun sondern dürfte auf jedem Root so sein.
Du musst sowieso die zu bearbeitende config runterladen, bei dir auf dem Rechner anpassen (zum bearbeiten empfehle ich gern Programmers Notepad) und anschließend wieder auf den Server draufschieben.
Ich selbst habe wesentlich weniger Einstellungen in meinen configs drin und auch keine drei unterschiedlichen sondern alles in einer. Dann muss man nicht in so vielen unterschiedlichen Dateien herumsuchen.

ne bei strato kann man die originalen configs nicht runterladen... nur selbst hochgeladene mods können gelöscht werden
