Auch durch dieses Forum, das uns erst in die Lage versetzte das know how zu erlangen, um mit den Parametern zu spielen, verdanken wir einen klasse ausgewogenen server mit festem Kundenclientel, sie kommen ehrlich immer wieder.
Vielleicht willst Du auch so einen server aufmachen, wir haben herausgefunden, daß mit random clients bis zu 10 Spielern ein gutes Spiel möglich ist, mit eingespielten Freunden bis zu 20, deshalb hosten wir auch
10 slots für alle und
10 slots privat für eingespielte Freunde ( Stammclients )
Die .cfg ist über 2 Monate durchdacht, wir hatten schon 10 verschiedene settings und viel Gemecker und Gejammer durchgemacht...
es wird auch nicht die absolute Endfassung sein, dazu fehlen uns noch einige Parameter, die wir gerne ändern würden, z.B. die Namen der Spieler über dem Kopf nicht anzeigen...usw. ( all dies erhöht die Qualität der Spieler )

was fällt als erstes auf bei diesem setting ?
Wesentlich weniger rush and go, mehr taktisches gameplay ( durch die angepasste Spieler Geschwindigkeit )
Spieler nutzen jetzt mehr die Positionswechsel für den Positionswechsel und nicht zum run and spray
immer weniger Gehoppe, selbst eingefleischte Hopper unter meinen Freunden wollen das nicht mehr.
Helikopter ist nicht mehr absolut tödlich!
Man kann ihm entkommen, er braucht mehrere Sekunden zum Aufschalten, allerdings wer dann immer noch nicht Deckung sucht ist selbst Schuld.
Er kann Dich selten erkennen, wenn Du regungslos in einer Ecke Dich duckst.
Ich konnte die Straße 3 mal hintereinander im Sprint überqueren und erlitt nur einen Streifschuss.
das Spiel beginnt 35 Sekunden nach Laden der Karte, das ist den Spielern mit schlechterem Equipment fair gegenüber.
Es ist nicht mehr unbedingt 1 shot and dead hardcore, man merkt den Unterschied zwischen Streifschuss und Volltreffer. Ich kann das zwar nicht erklären, wieso das so kommt, aber es ist so.
noch einige Kleinigkeiten, wie keine Zielhilfe, kein Fadenkreuz usw. machen das Spiel schwerer und sorgen auch dafür, daß die Arcade Typen dem Spiel fernbleiben.
Außerdem sind keine Stat-Spieler auf so einem server, die ungeachtet der momentanen Spiellage wegen ihrem "ich muss noch 5 Granatkills machen" den halben server downlaggen...
