When u reach a certain rank you get binoculars, but i want the binoculars from the start of the game.
Can you tell me how to do that?
Is it a commandline in my config of do i have to make a new script?
ps. sorry for not speaking german. This one is in english cause i dont know how to explain this problem in german.

Nope, thats not what i mean. I dont want the artillery to begin at start of game, just want the binocs available from start.
And it doesnt have to be done by modding. Ive been in servers which dont use a mod, but do have the binocs available from start.
unfortunatly nobody there could tell me what settings are being used.
So far as I know, the binoculars are always available!?! You only have to push your button which is associated with the binoculars...maybe these possibility is turned "off" on modded servers. When you're joining a pure server you can use the binoculars everytime you want to.....
Or do you mean your server with your own mod?
