Wollt mal euch was fragen:
Wir haben einen dedi .Windowsserver im Rechenzentrum Köln stehen. Wollen jetzt dort einen COD Server laufen lassen. Nun meine Frage:
Welche Dateien muss ich uploaden von meinem PC aus ? Habe COD und COD UO installiert. Hab in einem anderen Thead gelesen , das man nur 20 MB hoch jagen ? welche dateien sind das ? Wär klasse wenn ihr mir helfen könntet. Gruß Shooter

Wenn nicht , zeig mir mal ne Link für die version die du meinst.
Wir wollen, wenn einen COD UO Server ins Netz stellen.
Da wir einen Dedi Server haben , läuft das spiel dann im Dos Modus? Gestartet wird es über eine CFG.

Hab mir die Datei auf den Server gezogen. Alles ausser die PK3´s gelöscht. Dann meine 20 MB ( gepackt nur 8 MB) hochgeladen. Nun eine CFG erstellt und siehe da der Server läuft.
Das einzige Problem ist jetzt noch Punkbuster. Hast du vielleicht eine Aktuelle CFG für mich. oder ein Link für eine. Wär klasse Gruß Sascha alias Shooter

Also das klappt net mit Punkbuster.
Solbald ich auf dem Server bin werde ich gekickt.
es kommt folgende Meldung :
PB client in distress - cannot authenticate with PB server

Dann. Server verbindung getrennt- Unknown Soldier has been kicked via Punkbuster ( for 0 Minutes) ...
This PB server requires ( a1319 c1.172 ) - Error loading pbag.
ich denke mal die cfg vom Punkbuster auf unserem Server hat ein Problem.
Kann mir jemand mal ne funktionierende neue CFG für Punkbuster schicken.

Es liegt net am namen. andere member fliegen genauso runter vom server. was ich bräuchte , wär eine Punkbuster CFG welche schon auf einem Windows dedi server läuft. Brauch nur das grundgerüst. Wir haben eine von einem Linux server nur da ist scheins ein Problem drin.
Kann Sie ja mal posten , vielleicht kann mir einer die mal richtig setzen.:

Jetzt läuft soweit alles. Ausser das webupdate kann ich net über konsole durchführen.
Sprich Pbweb.exe ergo pb_webupdate
Was für ein Befehl muss ich in die start CFG einfügen , um automatisch Punkbuster zu updaten ?
bzw in der start verknüpfung.
Die sieht so aus :
"C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe" +pb_sv_enable +set dedicated 2 +exec dedicated.cfg

Der Befehl lautet glaub ich
pb_sv_update
Nicht wie Du geschrieben hast pb_webupdate - denke mal, deshalb klappt das nicht.
Und den kannst Du auch für die Startverknüpfung bzw. die cfg nehmen.

Habs mal in der startverknüpfung geschreiben. Mal schauen ob das klappt. Auf jeden Fall läuft der Server jetzt mit PB. Spielen können wir ohne Probs. Keiner wird mehr gekickt. Supi. Besten Dank für eure Hilfe.
