Wie hast du deinen Mod-Ordner benannt? Dieser muss zwingend modernpaintball heißen, sonst läuft der Server nicht.
Das wurde von den Moddern eingebaut um auf sämtlichen Servern die mit dieser Mod laufen das Paintball-eigene Ranking zu gewährleisten.

Was sagt denn die console_mp.log?
Manchmal findet man dort Hinweise, warum der Server nicht mag.
Ist denn der Port auch tatsächlich noch nicht vergeben und hast du den Dateien auch Rechte zum Ausführen (755) gegeben?
Hast du auch die Custom-Maps des modernpaintball in den usermaps-Ordner hochgeladen?

Probleme gelöst:
Ich hab mich mal kurz mit Teamviewer aufgeschaltet und einen falschen Pfad entdeckt:
Gozi hatte in der Serververknüpfung den Pfad zum eigenen Spiel, jedoch nicht zum Server angegeben:
"D:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare - Server\iw3mp.exe" +Rattenschwanz
Server starten nun ohne Probleme.

Ui, oft liegt der Fehlerteufel im Detail.
Hätte man jetzt wo man es weiß auch in seinem Screenshot sehen können.
Aber komm mal auf sowas... das ist halt Admin-Arbeit live
