servus an alle,
wir haben uns nen server gemietet, und (mit hilfe eures forums, danke dafür!) mit ace2.1 zum laufen gebracht.
es passt auch alles, so wie wir uns des vorstellen. nur haben wir jetz noch ein problem. und zwar spielen wir tdm mit nur einem leben (set scr_war_numlives "1").
und da funktioniert dann die endgame-mapvote nicht. sie erscheint zwar, und man kann die maps auch durchklicken. aber der zähler rechts bleibt trotzdem auf 0, und es wird einfach ne x-beliebige map geladen.
setzt man set scr_war_numlives "0", oder spielt man s&d oder ctf, dann funzt des ganze einwandfrei.
kann uns da jemand helfen?

Stell bitte den entsprechenden Eintrag der cfg hier ein, dann kann ich mir das mal ansehen.
Sollte es sich um einen Bug handeln, wirst Du wohl Pech haben, da Wildcard aufgehört hat...

aber wie gesagt, nach ner runde s&d oder ctf funktionierts ohne probleme, nur bei war funzts nicht

Mit Bots auf dem Testserver kann ich das nicht reproduzieren...
Krass, Ihr habt TDM so eingestellt, das nach einem Kill das Match vorbei ist?

ja und nein, nach einem kill is zwar die runde vorbei. aber 10 runden bis zum sieg. is theoretisch wie s&d, nur ohne bombe.
wir haben jahrelang sof2 gespielt, da gibts nen gametype "elimination", der war so. und wir wollten unseren cod-server halt bissl sof2-ähnlich einrichten.
des "normale" tdm gefällt uns nicht so...
aber was machen wir mit unserem mapvote-problem? möchtest mal direkt auf unserm server testen?

Sehr merkwürdig, am Ende bekommt der Gewinner der Runde noch 4 Punkte dazu:
Wir hatten grad kurz angezockt, es stand 7:9.
Nach dem Rundengewinn sollte es 7:10 für Dich stehen, aber am Ende steht dort 7:14.
Danach werden die Voiceovers 5 mal abgespielt, danach erfolgt der Vote, komischerweise bewegt sich der Balken von unten nach oben.
Ich hab keine Idee, was es sein könnte...

so,
was des mit den 4 zusatzpunkten auf sich hat, wissen wir auch nicht. haben in den configs darüber nix gefunden.
die voiceovers nerven uns zwar auch bissl, is aber nicht sooo tragisch.
nur das mapvote-problem nervt. aber wenn mans nicht ändern kann, kann man nix machen. evtl nehmen wir den mapvote dann ganz raus. mal schaun
aber trotzdem merci für die hilfe!!

Poste doch mal nen Screenshot von eurem Modordner.
Irgendwie wirkt das auf mich als ob sich bei euch vielleicht unterschiedliche Mods im Ordner beißen?
